Our Executive Team

Edward Ball
President & Executive Creative Director

Having led branding initiatives and marketing campaigns for Fortune 100 companies like Microsoft, Nestle’, Coca-Cola, Boeing, Honeywell and Johnson & Johnson at McCann-Erickson and other global agencies, Edward founded Zealista to be a more consultative, creative, and nimble alternative to the traditional ad firm. A graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara, he’s also an Adjunct Professor of Marketing there, and is co-founder and Chairman of the Council of Arts & Culture of the City of Agoura Hills, in California.

Linda Jackson
Director of Accounts

Linda was “Partner Number 1” at Zealista, joining soon after its founding in 2009 following 16 years with McCann-Erickson where she was SVP, Group Account Director. She has a wealth of experience working with packaged goods brands including Nestle, ConAgra, and E&J Gallo and has led campaigns across a variety of other categories including software, sporting goods, travel/hospitality, pharma, fashion, and education. Linda holds a BA from UCLA and a Masters from Northwestern.

Danielle Lehman
Director of Digital

Danielle has over 15 years of experience in digital strategy for brands including MySpace, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Way, and in consulting roles for hundreds of startups and small businesses. She holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Communication, and a Certification in User Experience from General Assembly.

Shawn Randall
Director of Design

Shawn has led branding, marketing, packaging, and user interface design for some of today’s leading brands including Disney, Nokia, Warner Brothers and Amgen — and applies his experience and creative inspiration to every design project, every day. He holds a BFA in Graphic Design and a MFA in Media Design and Design Research, both from Art Center College of Design.  Shawn is also a member of the faculty leading Design Research at Brigham Young University’s Idaho Campus.

Tina Kim
Director Social Marketing

Tina leads all facets of our social and digital marketing initiatives from strategy, through execution, to analytics and reporting. She’s got a wonky passion for marketing automation tech and building customer loyalty through CRM, which we’re always happy to indulge too. Tina received her BA in Business Administration from University of California, Riverside.

Jenny Dyke
Director of Research & Insights

Leading our Research & Insights team, Jenny has more than 20 years of research experience, nearly half of that with Hall & Partners working on Microsoft, Citrix, eBay, T-Mobile, Dropbox, Mozilla and Kia. She also started and grew the quantitative business for UK research boutique, Talk Shoppe. With a BS in Business Economics from Queen Mary College, University of London, she has an appreciation for numbers and understanding the whys behind decision-making.
